CMDS Community Health owns and operates outpatient (“OP”) and intensive outpatient (“IOP”) substance abuse programs, as well as a mental health practice. CMDS, Inc. will shortly become an Outpatient Mental Health Center (“OMHC”), and will also begin offering primary care services.
Topgallant Software LLC provides total, custom practice management software solutions for the behavioral health industry. Topgallant provides the software that CMDS Management employs to support the services it provides to its clients.
CMDS Residential LLC owns and operates two residential substance abuse treatment facilities, both in the City of Baltimore.
The Way Forward is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation whose mission is to provide transitional housing to those recovering from addiction.
